1. About these terms
Durub Alttalab | دروب الطلاب is operated by DURUB ALTTALAB ESTABLISHMENT in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By creating an account, requesting or providing transport, managing a trip, recording a payment, or using the platform, you agree to these terms and the Privacy and Refund Policies.
2. Eligibility and guardian authority
Account holders must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement. A parent or guardian who adds a student confirms authority to provide the student’s information and arrange transportation. Students do not create independent accounts.
3. The platform’s role
Durub Alttalab is a technology marketplace and trip-management platform. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the selected provider—not the platform—operates the vehicle and performs the transport service. The provider remains responsible for drivers, vehicles, permits, insurance, conduct, and service delivery.
4. Accounts and accurate information
Users must provide accurate and current identity, contact, student, school, route, vehicle, driver, document, bank, and payment information appropriate to their role. Accounts or records may be rejected, limited, suspended, or closed where information is false, expired, unsafe, unlawful, or cannot be reviewed.
5. Requests, quotations, and bookings
A parent request describes route, schedule, students, seats, service period, and preferences. A provider quotation must state the proposed service and price. Parents should review all displayed details before accepting. A booking is confirmed only when the platform displays confirmation and the applicable payment step is completed.
6. Payments and platform commission
The current launch flow records manual cash payment. The parent reports the cash handover and the assigned provider confirms receipt. The platform records payment status and calculates a 10% platform commission. Online gateway processing may be introduced when enabled; applicable fees and terms will be shown before payment.
7. Provider payouts, refunds, and disputes
Provider settlement may remain pending while receipt is confirmed or while a refund, cancellation, safety report, fraud concern, or booking dispute is reviewed. Payout requests are subject to commission calculation, record reconciliation, and final platform checks.
8. Provider and driver responsibilities
Providers and drivers must maintain all licences, permits, insurance, registrations, vehicle standards, and approvals required by applicable law. They must use eligible vehicles and drivers, operate safely, protect student information, communicate material changes, and avoid exceeding legal or vehicle capacity.
9. Parent and guardian responsibilities
Parents must provide accurate student, route, and emergency-contact information; ensure students are ready at the agreed time and place; disclose relevant accessibility or safety needs; and follow reasonable safety instructions. The platform does not replace guardian supervision, school responsibility, or emergency services.
10. Tracking and communications
Location and status features are operational aids and may be delayed or inaccurate due to device, network, GPS, map, or provider conditions. Users must not misuse student, driver, location, or contact information. Booking communications and reviews must be respectful, lawful, and genuine.
11. Suspension and prohibited conduct
Fraud, false documents, unsafe or unlawful transport, unauthorized payments, harassment, platform interference, data misuse, or attempts to circumvent disclosed fees may result in restriction, suspension, investigation, or account closure.
12. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Questions may be submitted through the website contact form or in-app support. DURUB ALTTALAB ESTABLISHMENT may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change.
