Is the application available now?
The application is preparing to launch in Saudi Arabia. This website will be updated when official download links are available.
How does a parent request transportation?
A parent adds student, school, pickup, schedule, seat, and service-period details. Suitable providers can then submit quotations for the parent to compare and select.
How are providers, drivers, and vehicles reviewed?
Role-specific details and required documents are submitted through the platform and checked through a defined review process. An approval indicates that the submitted information was reviewed at that time; it is not a permanent guarantee.
Can parents track a student trip?
When an active driver trip and location sharing are enabled, the parent can follow trip status and available location updates. Pickup, school arrival, return, delay, and other milestones can also appear as notifications or status changes.
How do payments work at launch?
The current application records manual cash payment. The parent reports the handover and the assigned provider confirms receipt. The platform records status, calculates a 10% commission, supports refund review, and manages payout requests. Online gateway processing is prepared but should not be treated as live until enabled.
Can an independent driver join?
The provider flow supports an individual-provider path. A driver employed by a transportation company joins through the company’s driver invitation and assignment flow.
Can transportation companies manage a fleet?
Yes. Authorized company team members can maintain vehicles, invite and manage drivers, respond to requests, assign operations, and follow bookings and financial records.
Does Durub Alttalab operate the vehicles?
Durub Alttalab provides the marketplace and trip-management technology. The selected independent provider or transportation company performs the transport service and remains responsible for its vehicles, drivers, permits, and service delivery.
