6. Payments
Payment is currently recorded through manual cash confirmation. The platform stores the parent handover report, provider receipt confirmation, amount, status, commission, refund, and payout records. Card details are not collected while online gateway processing is disabled. If a gateway is enabled, its own privacy terms will also apply.
7. How we use information
We use information to provide accounts, match requests and quotations, manage bookings and trips, enable communication and notifications, review verification records, maintain payment and payout status, prevent misuse, support users, monitor operations, comply with law, and improve reliability.
8. Sharing and role-based access
Parents see records connected to their family and bookings. Providers and assigned drivers see the information needed to quote or deliver selected services. Authorized Durub Alttalab personnel may use information for verification, safety, support, payment, dispute, compliance, and record-keeping work. Service providers may process limited data on our behalf where needed.
9. Retention and security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service. Records are retained only as long as needed for accounts, service delivery, safety, disputes, fraud prevention, finance, legal obligations, or legitimate operational purposes. No system can guarantee absolute security.
